Job Summary:

BK Global, Inc. is seeking a goal oriented individual with a focus on the Hawaii market’s leading electronic brand performance for various clients. The ideal candidate will effectively collaborate and communicate with senior management to implement priority brand initiative, maintain market brand standards, provide consistent business reporting, works with leadership teams to identify and implement field and store employee training needs, and customer demonstrations and sales engagements.

Job Requirements

  • 28 weekly hours
  • Establish and maintain friendly and professional relationship with store management and personnel to increase sales and brand advocacy.
  • Meet monthly key performance indicators focused on the following areas: Comparative Sales, Quality of Sales, Initiative Implementations/Executions, and Quality Communications
  • Customer product demonstration and sales engagement (move down)
  • Ensure brand standards and consistency are maintained in the market
  • Communicate with senior store management to resolve issues and inquiries
  • Generate innovative ideas to support client and boost brand awareness
  • Report on sales performance on a regular basis and suggest improvements
  • Evaluate and communicate sales impacting competitor activities
  • Weekly visits to Hawaii market’s military base retail stores.
  • Facilitate individual or group sales and product training for field and store employees.

Skills

  • 2-3 years prior account management or client support experience with a proven track record
  • Current driver’s license with clean driving record and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency
  • Experience in or knowledge of retail Audio & Video Consumer Electronics products
  • Able to interact professionally with all levels of personnel, including employees, managers, client and executives
  • Familiarity with sales performance metrics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer service attitude
  • Strong analytical and organization skills
  • Resume with applicable and verifiable work history required
  • Provide direct supervisory/management references
