Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Supervise staff and hire personnel, as needed.
  • Maintain positive relationships with all levels of store management and personnel
  • Communicate with Territory and Regional Managers in a timely manner on all requests and correspondence.  Check email/voicemail regularly.
  • Frequent communication and follow-up with store personnel and our home office is essential.
  • Secure and coordinate promo tables for weekly demos and work with store personnel to get end caps for priority products.
  • Ensure that merchandise is well stocked, on a regular basis.
  • Create promotional displays, perform sales events and assist with stocking of merchandise.
  • Submit weekly and monthly activity reports, sales reports and provide copies to Territory and Regional Manager.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Sales and Marketing — Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration and sales techniques. Ability to talk professionally with store management.


  • Event Management — Ability to organize, staff and execute in store product demonstrations. Includes hiring merchandisers and demonstrators for in-store events on a seasonal basis.

  • Organize and Respond — Ability to organize, prioritize, quickly complete and respond to tasks issued by home office.

  • English Language — Proficient business knowledge of the structure and content of the English language to communicate personally and via e-mail to store management and company personnel.

  • Base Access – Qualified applicants must be able to work on a military base. Base access must be valid and current, and will be verified during interview.


       
  • 12-20 hours weekly
  • Must own a computer and have basic computer knowledge. 
  • Email and internet access required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Reliable transportation
  • Retail experience is a major plus
